Our precision-driven processes ensure the production of high-quality countertops, crafted by a skilled team of industry-leading production specialists. We specialize in delivering exceptional craftsmanship for both residential and commercial projects, from small-scale renovations to large developments. Each day, our team successfully fabricates and installs 50 to 60 projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail to operate machinery and produce quality products
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machinery operation
- High school diploma or GED
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs, unassisted
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
- Operating saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
- Operating fabricator-related hand tools used for cutting, grinding and polishing of material
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational issues
- Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications
