About The Position

We are a growing countertop fabrication and installation company serving Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce, and surrounding areas, and we're looking for a dependable Countertop Installer to join our team. We specialize in laminate and solid surface countertops for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.

Requirements

Experience with laminate and/or solid surface countertops required.
Strong hands-on skills with hand and power tools.
Comfortable reading a tape measure and following drawings/layouts.
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Professional attitude and good customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of countertop installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install laminate and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial properties.
Set, fit, level, seam, and secure countertops for a clean, professional finished installation.
Take accurate measurements and make field adjustments when needed.
Read layouts, drawings, and installation specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and countertop installation equipment.
Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Protect customers' homes and work areas during installation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
Complete installations according to company quality standards.
