Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Countertop Installer to join our growing team. This position involves professionally installing granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and works well in a team environment. We equip our team with modern tools and lifting equipment to make the job safer and more efficient.
Requirements

- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and safely operate installation tools and equipment.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and position heavy granite and quartz countertops using proper lifting techniques, equipment, and team assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship—doing the job right the first time.
- Professional communication skills to build positive customer relationships and represent Cutting Edge Countertops well.
- A team-focused approach and the ability to complete work accurately and meet installation deadlines.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to share ideas, improve installation processes, and help the business grow.
- Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Construction or installation experience is helpful, but not required.
- Candidates with a background in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or other detail-oriented trades are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Precision measuring, problem-solving, and high-end finish work translate well to countertop installation and may result in increased starting pay.
Responsibilities
- Safely unload and transport countertops with team support
- Complete installations accurately according to project plans
- Keep company vehicles stocked and job-ready
- Ensure strong communication with customers (including effective problem resolution when applicable)
- Safely operate company vehicles when required
