Requirements

  • Possess basic CI agent training or law enforcement equivalent as well as training and/or experience in the conduct of Offensive CI Operations.
  • Must be able to be cleared for access to a Special Access Program.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a CI agent or equivalent.
  • Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
  • Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
  • Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
  • Responsible for PaM processing required for approving, disapproving, or conditionally approving the passage of PaM and documenting this decision within the CCMD.
  • Serves as a CCMD focal point for coordination of nominated material and will ensure compliance with the processing requirements defined in DoDI S-5240.09.
  • Develops identify and/or work with CCMD staff to develop PaM, which supports USINDOPACOM requirements.
  • Coordinates and deconflict PaM with other CCMDs, component commands, sub-unified commands, and service sub-component on a daily basis to attain operational feedback and validation of requirements.
  • Serves as an advisor for the command on all Offensive CI Operations passage material matters to include training, intelligence oversight, coordination, and document review.
  • Answer ad-hoc tasking in reference to passage material from USINDOPACOM CCICA and J2X.
  • Archive passage material into SAP.
