About The Position

JCITA's mission is to provide the U.S. government with a well-trained and knowledgeable cadre of counterintelligence practitioners to combat adversarial intelligence threats. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) JCITA program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training. From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.

Requirements

• 5- FIVE years of demonstrated experience conducting, instructing, or supervising in accordance with the DoDI-S5240.09.
• TS/SCI w/Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Graduate of JCITA in the field you will be instructing
• Willing to relocate or live with in commutable distance to Quantico, VA

Responsibilities

• Providing world-class, Counterintelligence Instruction
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for the course you will instruct
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
• Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship
• Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
