Requirements

  • 3-10+ years of experience supporting counterintelligence, intelligence, security, law enforcement, or national security missions.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience conducting CI analysis, threat assessments, intelligence research, and production of finished intelligence products.
  • Experience analyzing foreign intelligence services, espionage threats, insider threats, hostile intelligence activities, and adversarial networks.
  • Proven ability to prepare intelligence reports, assessments, and executive-level briefings for operational and strategic decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community tradecraft, intelligence analysis methodologies, and applicable CI policies, authorities, and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, International Relations, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Intelligence Community organizations, Special Access Programs (SAPs), or sensitive national security missions.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating CI analysis with operational planning, force protection, insider threat programs, HUMINT operations, or strategic competition activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct moderately difficult to complex counterintelligence (CI) assessments by researching, evaluating, and analyzing foreign intelligence services, hostile intelligence entities, insider threats, and adversarial networks.
  • Produce CI reports, assessments, and intelligence products that identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to U.S. personnel, operations, facilities, and interests worldwide.
  • Provide CI analytical support to operational planning, investigations, HUMINT activities, special programs, and other intelligence mission requirements.
  • Conduct analytical studies to evaluate program effectiveness, identify emerging threats, and recommend improvements to CI policies, processes, and operational approaches.
  • Prepare, review, and disseminate finished CI products, assessments, and briefings for senior leaders, operational planners, and decision-makers.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and deconfliction of CI activities with Intelligence Community, Joint Force, interagency, and partner organizations.
  • Research and analyze hostile intelligence threats, foreign influence activities, espionage indicators, and emerging risks impacting mission success.
  • Assist intelligence and operational fund managers with planning, administration, accountability, and oversight of intelligence-related funding activities.
