About The Position
The Counterintelligence Analyst-Senior will support the Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) SOCCENT J2 Program at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. As a Counterintelligence Analyst-Senior you will provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities. Additionally, the CI Analyst will coordinate with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction as it relates to CI.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
- 12+ years CI/HUMINT experience, with AOR/SOF-specific background
- Bachelor's in International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity
- Relevant CI and intelligence certifications (Joint Asset Risk Management Course, Joint HUMINT Analysis Targeting Course, Asset Validation Course, Etc.)
- On-Site 5 days at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL
- US Citizens are eligible for this role
- 12+ years’ experience as CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency specialty focused on HUMINT operations
- 8 years’ general experience in AOR or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience
- 5 years’ specific experience in AOR or specialized skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings
- Equivalent CI Badge and credential producing courses accepted
- Graduate of JCITA or ACICC
Responsibilities
- Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports directly supporting client requirements
- Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports
- Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest
- Research, develop, and present CI products at operational, TSOC, and COCOM levels
- Produce, coordinate, and maintain vetting, validation, and mitigation measures for operational activities
- Synchronization and fusion of TSOC and COMCOM guidance related to CI equities and activities into operational level tasks and requirements
