About The Position

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training. From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.

Requirements

TS/SCI W/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience conducting CI inquiries and/or full scope investigations.
Knowledge of the Cl missions and functions required.
Possess expert knowledge in CI activities in support of the five CI functions: investigations, collection, operations, functional services, and analysis and production which was gained through experience.
Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of JClTA NSlC, ACIIC and/or the AFCITC, or an IC school equivalent.

Responsibilities

Providing world-class DoD Cl Agent Course (DCAC) instruction.
Plan, develop, and execute training certification for entry level understanding of Defense Agency CI missions and functions Instruction.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
