About The Position

The Counter Sales position supports a seamless customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge. Counter Sales representatives also maintain an organized, inviting sales environment and help build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or counter sales in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Automotive parts knowledge.
• Phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately process customer transactions using the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
• Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory as needed.
• Maintain product displays and keep the sales area clean and organized.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Perform janitorial duties to keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
