About The Position
Join Johnstone Supply as a Counter Sales expert. This role is for friendly, organized individuals who excel at helping customers find the right solutions. You will be the go-to expert for customers, greeting them in person and over the phone with a positive and professional attitude. The position involves assisting multiple customers in a fast-paced environment, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and managing orders, payments, returns, and warranties. You will also prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales, recommend additional products and promotions, build strong customer relationships, and maintain a clean and organized showroom.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Spanish is a plus
- HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years)
