The Counter Sales position is responsible for increasing sales and profit by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in, will call and telephone customers with selecting and purchasing products, while assisting the outside sales team with meeting their customer’s expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Focus Area: Performance Measure: Customer Service Customer loyalty is maintained by providing Coburn’s exceptional level of customer service as measured by increased sales and profits, number of transactions, customer feedback and/or satisfaction ratings. Focus Area: Performance Measure: Inventory Control Customer is properly and efficiently assisted in the order process and profit is increased as a result of properly maintained inventory and proactively communicated inventory needs. Focus Area: Performance Measure: Knowledge Development Knowledge is developed and maintained in order to increase credibility with customers as measured by increased customer loyalty and sales.
