Requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to create a positive work environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Attention to detail
- Must obtain a Class E driver's license within 30 days of hire
- Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales
- Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate the company's competitive advantage.
- Load and unload trucks using dollies, dolly carts, forklifts, and other tools as needed
- Provide customer service by answering questions, placing, picking, and loading customer orders
- Unload, inspect, store, and shift incoming stock
- General warehouse duties assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Local deliveries to customer's shops or job sites
