About The Position

As a Full-Time Counter Sales/Parts Associate at QC Supply in Batesburg-Leesville, SC, you'll be right in the heart of the action, providing excellent customer service and sales support, as well as ensuring that everything is in its rightful place and ready for shipment. Our Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. From supporting walk-in customers in our showroom, while also flexing to pick, pack and ship, making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time, you'll be an essential part of our team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Ensuring that everything is in its rightful place and ready for shipment.
  • Supporting walk-in customers in our showroom.
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time.
  • Greeting and assisting customers.
  • Ensuring smooth operations from product arrival to final billing.
  • Engaging customers both in-store and over the phone.
  • Utilizing inventory management systems for verification and data entry.
  • Efficiently picking, packing, and shipping products.
  • Recommending the best parts and equipment to customers.
  • Educating new customers on new products and special promotions.
  • Promoting QC Supply products.
  • Properly operating office equipment.
  • Handling payment transactions.
  • Efficiently utilizing computer operating systems.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts.
  • Maintaining inventory levels to assure adequate quantities on hand.
  • Working with the warehouse to ensure all materials leaving or entering are properly accounted for.
  • Keeping the parts counter and showroom neat and clean.
  • Performing any daily task as assigned.
