Responsibilities

Consult and collaborate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to identify their needs.
Foster lasting relationships with customers and internal associates.
Sell products and services, suggesting add-ons and alternatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain open communication with branch employees to optimize customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Uphold company policies, including pricing guidelines.
Continuously expand your knowledge of Mars product inventory and sales techniques.
