Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and software proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical counter/warehouse tasks

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• HVAC industry experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right HVAC products
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and application
• Provide timely, professional support for customer inquiries and concerns
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Provide accurate inventory availability information
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Generate new and repeat business through strong product knowledge
• Provide pricing, quotes, discounts, and tax calculations
• Upsell additional products and solutions when appropriate
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to drive additional business
• Assist customers with basic HVAC product and application questions
• Refer more complex technical issues to TSA or appropriate team members
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining organized inventory
• Support general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, phone/email support)
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
