About The Position
Snow and Jones, Inc. has proudly served the South Shore and Cape Cod as a premier plumbing and heating wholesale distributor since 1952. We’re currently looking for a full-time Inside Sales Associate (Counter Sales) to join our growing team in Norwell!
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Sales-savvy with mechanical aptitude
- Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a hands-on environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Nice To Haves
- Experience in plumbing/HVAC a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with orders, providing guidance, and upselling when appropriate
- Delivering outstanding service to build and maintain lasting business relationships
- Growing your knowledge of products through ongoing training and hands-on experience
- Collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities
- Pulling and verifying customer orders for accuracy and efficiency
- Helping keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date
- Working closely with warehouse and branch staff to meet daily operational goals
- Partnering with Manufacturer Reps to ensure the best solutions for our customers
- Keeping the branch tidy, safe, and running at its best
