The Food Counter Attendant will provide quick and courteous service to all customers. This role also involves assisting in the kitchen with tasks such as folding pizza boxes, cutting pizzas, and food preparation. Maintaining the sanitation of the restaurant, including general cleaning of floors, tables, counters, and restrooms, is a key responsibility. The position requires open communication with supervisors and coworkers for efficient operations. The attendant will handle all aspects of the point of sale, including cash, credit, and check sales, as well as coupons, and will take phone orders. Assisting with guest complaints through early intervention and immediate notification to the manager on duty is also part of the role. Adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements, practices, and guidelines is mandatory. Other duties as assigned by the manager will also be performed.
