Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Nice To Haves

Experience in agriculture, construction, automotive, retail, or parts sales is a plus—but we'll help you learn.

Responsibilities

Greeting walk-in customers and directing them to the right team member.
Assisting customers with order pickups, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Processing invoices, payments, and customer transactions.
Monitoring customer calls and helping manage incoming requests.
Coordinating product returns and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Supporting the sales team by keeping customer orders organized and moving efficiently.
Helping maintain an organized counter area and ensuring customers receive prompt, friendly service.
Working closely with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
