About The Position

The Count Team Member is responsible for handling all duties of the count team, including the lifting of coin and the operation of equipment. This role is responsible for the accurate control of all soft money transactions in and out of assigned areas, emphasizing team effort and involvement.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Able to operate the currency counting equipment and 10-key calculator.
• Able to understand and comprehend all regulations imposed by the State Tax and Gaming Commission.
• Able to adapt to long hours in a closed environment.
• Mississippi Gaming License REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer and counting machines.
• Open drop boxes.
• Remove and replace all drop boxes.
• Strap and count large sums of money.
• Balance reports.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
