This role involves maintaining secure key controls, processing customer transactions including jackpot winnings, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas. The representative will also perform minor machine maintenance and interact with customers and employees in a friendly manner. Requirements

• Ability to maintain secure key controls
• Ability to pay and/or verify jackpot winnings and complete documentation
• Ability to conduct slot floor activities for property protection and fund security
• Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Effective communication skills via two-way radio
• Ability to complete written department forms accurately and legibly for cash transactions and jackpot payouts
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance (lock/unlock doors, clear jams, replenish paper, reset machines)

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure key controls at all times
• Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation
• Conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds; and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio
• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc. in an accurate, legible manner
• Perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees
