About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members. The primary duties involve the counting and recording of Electronic Gaming Device bill validator drop boxes and Table game drop boxes, as well as the Bill Validator Drop Box collection/drop process. A Count Team Member may also assume the duties of the Assistant Count Team Supervisor for a shift, if designated by the Count Team Supervisor prior to their shift. Additionally, this position involves counting non-gaming daily drop funds from various outlets such as the Buffet, Steakhouse, and Gift Shop, while maintaining compliance with Internal Controls and all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Knowledge of all promotions and events is also required. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The work environment includes bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Requirements

• Ability to develop and maintain a Service Culture.
