Bay Cove Human Services’ mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Under the direction of the Clinical Director and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the Counselor is responsible for providing clinical services including assessment, individual and group counseling, and case management service for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health disorders, in partnership with other providers across Bay Cove’s continuum of care as well as with external providers. The Counselor contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by providing trauma-informed and person-centered services to individuals in pursuit of their recovery goals. This is a non-exempt position. The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm.
