About The Position
Provides support to Team Leader and staff of the Youth and Family Outreach program by overseeing daily operations and field trips, facilitating support groups, and other services provided by the program. This role requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position involves working in a stressful environment and taking appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Automobile Insurance
- BLS American Heart E-Card or BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard or BLS Certification Grace or BLS Cert Red Cross
- Driver License Num
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Cleared to drive CYS vehicles
- Personal vehicle available during work hours
- New Hires have six (6) months to obtain the BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Supports Team leader and program staff with Youth Outreach program services.
- Assist with program activities and services.
- Follows daily activity schedule.
- Facilitates services related to the Community Youth Services (CYS) program.
- Provides supportive services for clients and their families.
