Department of Psychiatry at Banner University Medicine - Tucson is growing and actively interviewing for a Masters Level Independently licensed LCSW or LPC to join our Early Psychosis Intervention Center (EPICenter) at the Whole Health Clinic in providing exceptional patient care patients. The most qualified candidate will join our collegial and highly trained team in the delivery of evidence-based care in an outpatient setting to adolescents and young adults in the early stages of a psychotic illness. Established in 2010, EPICenter is a leading program in the field seeking to reduce the impact of early psychosis through symptom alleviation, and reintegration into the community. At EPICenter, patients and their family receive evidence-based specific treatment, get help with educational and professional goals, and be part of a supportive community. Our top candidate will ideally have experience in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and/or experience with First Episode Psychosis or willing to train to work with first episode psychosis population and also learn Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing clinical care to our patients in close collaboration with all team members and support advocacy and community building initiatives. Location: Whole Health Clinic 535 N. Wilmot Rd, Suite 201 Tucson AZ 85711 Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8a -7p Friday 8a-5p 40 hours per week. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides clinical assessment and psychotherapy services for defined patient population. Services are provided to patients, families and/or groups and may be in both inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. Position provides treatment in one or more of the following areas: substance abuse, emotional and behavioral issues, eating disorders and other mental disorders as outlined in the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (DSM).
