Mamaya Health is seeking compassionate, motivated graduate counseling interns who are passionate about learning and providing exceptional client care. As a Counseling Intern, you will provide outpatient psychotherapy under the supervision of experienced licensed clinicians while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Interns receive ongoing supervision, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of clinical presentations while gaining experience with evidence-based treatment, ethical practice, and outpatient behavioral health operations. During your internship, you'll have opportunities to: Develop competency in conducting intake assessments and ongoing psychotherapy Strengthen diagnostic and treatment planning skills Apply evidence-based interventions in clinical practice Gain experience using measurement-based care and standardized assessments Learn documentation and ethical standards for outpatient behavioral health Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and care teams Receive regular supervision, consultation, and clinical feedback
