About The Position
The Cottage Life Supervisor is responsible for the safe and therapeutic implementation of the model of care in their assigned cottage. The role ensures fidelity to KVC’s treatment model, standards, and expectations to create a safe and therapeutic milieu. The supervisor ensures resources and series are available for clients as outlined in their plans and that milieu documentation is completed in a timely and professional manner. The position also includes selecting, supervising, evaluating, and developing Youth Care Specialists (YCS) and transportation staff.
Requirements
- Equivalent combination of years of college education and direct care experience within a behavioral population.
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field is required for the St. Louis Intensive Behavior Program.
Responsibilities
