About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Stitcher to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on garment construction, works well independently, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sewing experience within the last 8 years
• Demonstrated confidence operating sewing machines, including industrial machines and sergers
• Experience cutting out patterns accurately
• Ability to sew stretch fabrics
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with inventory organization and tracking
• Comfortable performing basic computer tasks

Nice To Haves

• Costume or theatrical sewing experience is a plus
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions closely
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Positive, team-oriented, and contributes to a respectful work environment

Responsibilities

• Construct garments by following provided patterns, instructions, and materials
• Maintain productivity, punctuality, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Work with a diverse group of performers and team members with dynamic personalities
• Manage tasks independently while also collaborating as part of a team
• Meet production deadlines with consistent attention to quality
• Support inventory management and workspace organization
• Perform basic alterations and repairs including, but not limited to, hems, waistbands, and sleeve adjustments
