Responsibilities

• Support settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial matters, change orders, and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist with preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims, to help ensure clients receive best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for client developments.
• Support project management and decision-making with clear cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in the tender and bid process, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spending by preparing valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations to the team.
