About The Position

LaForce is hiring a Cost Estimator focused on hollow metal products. The role supports sales and estimating teams by pricing materials such as doors and frames for commercial construction projects and helping develop competitive bids. The estimator reviews project documents, gathers product information and pricing from vendors, collaborates with colleagues on bid strategies, and identifies potential issues or opportunities. The position involves managing multiple projects, deadlines, and updates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. It is based onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with regular and punctual attendance required. Direct construction experience is not required; training is available for a motivated candidate willing to learn.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
Good communication skills, including email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
Ability to work from electronic and paper documents.
Organized and able to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow in construction estimating.
Must be based onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and maintain regular and punctual attendance.
