About The Position

LaForce is seeking a Cost Estimator specializing in hollow metal to support its sales and estimating teams in pricing materials such as doors and frames for commercial construction projects. The role involves analyzing specifications and construction documents, using estimating software to price materials, obtaining product information and pricing from vendors, and collaborating with coworkers and departments to develop bid strategies. The estimator will also identify potential issues or opportunities to strengthen bids and help refine pricing systems as the industry changes. The position involves managing multiple projects, deadlines, and updates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate must be based onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin and maintain regular, punctual attendance. Direct construction experience is not required; training will be provided to a motivated candidate willing to learn.

Requirements
