The Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing price quotes or orders in a timely manner as per customer expectations. This role involves learning product offerings, labor/material costs, and company processes and capabilities. The Cost Estimator will also develop an understanding of process types to increase sales growth and profitability, and work with the sales team to generate accurate estimates that meet customer needs and expectations. Effective communication within all departments is crucial to ensure customer expectations are met. The role also involves using CAD software to manage files and program processing equipment.
