About The Position
Large Construction Company looking for a Cost Estimator for our Landscape Division. The position consists of furnishing and creating cost estimates and proposals to home builders and general contractors. Applicant will perform take-offs, request pricing from vendors and subcontractors, analyze quotes, answer emails and phone calls.
Requirements
- Experience of 3-5 Years in Construction related position
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
- Strong communication and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Planswift or a similar On screen take-off software
