Requirements

3-5 years of estimating experience.
Ability to analyze blueprints, specifications, and scope documents.
Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.

Analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

Degree in construction management.
Experience with high-end residential construction.

Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints, specifications, and scope documents to create accurate material and labor cost estimates.
Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, internal quality standards, and building codes using estimating software and tools.
Prepare and send requests for quotes, track and organize incoming information, input pricing, and generate clear, professional proposals.
Serve as a key onsite point of contact for pricing requests and questions from sales, design, and project management teams.
Apply excellent organization, time management skills, and a sense of urgency to ensure projects stay on track.
