About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Cost Engineer - Civil/Structural/Architectural for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves supporting CSA cost tracking, forecasting, change support, quantity validation, reporting, and budget control. The role requires close coordination with various project teams and maintaining up-to-date project documentation. The successful candidate will support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build.

Requirements

• Experience with cost, quantity, schedule, progress, change, or commercial controls on construction projects
• Strong Excel, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Responsibilities

• Own or support CSA cost tracking, forecasting, change support, quantity validation, reporting, and budget control.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
