About The Position
Partner with Operations and Accounting teams to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple facilities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and inventory accounting while providing insights that improve business results. Champion process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational and financial effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience supporting complex, multi-entity operations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of internal controls
- Strong knowledge of modern financial systems
- Proven ability to ensure accuracy and compliance
