About The Position

As a Cost Control Administrator at Resolution Copper, you will play a key role in supporting cost discipline across operations and maintenance, helping ensure a world-class underground project is delivered efficiently and responsibly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and partnering with multiple teams to drive outcomes that matter. You will gain exposure to complex project environments, advanced systems, and cross-functional teams, all while developing highly transferable skills in cost control, procurement, and financial coordination within a technically advanced mining operation. A strong day starts with clear priorities and aligned stakeholders. Purchase requisitions are processed smoothly, invoices are accurate, and cost tracking reflects real-time project status. You collaborate with project managers and finance partners, resolve questions quickly, and close out the day knowing the project is financially on track and well-supported. Some days bring complexity. You may encounter delayed invoices, mismatched cost codes, or incomplete contractor submissions that require investigation. You work across teams to resolve discrepancies, clarify details, and keep financial tracking accurate. Even when priorities shift, you stay organized, communicate clearly, and ensure cost control processes remain consistent and reliable. You will be guided by the Project Controls Principal Adviser and supported by a collaborative network of project controls, finance, operations, and contractor teams.
