As a Specialist in Cost Basis Transfers you will be part of a team that oversees the transmission and upkeep of cost basis data for assets transferred in and out of Schwab. This is a fast-paced working environment where effective communication and teamwork are a must. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary, because the specialist will rotate through different functions as business needs arise. Duties for this role will include, but are not limited to: Daily communication with contra firms Research across multiple systems to verify transaction information Process corrections in SPARKS, Schwab’s cost basis system

Requirements

Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
Strict adherence to the established policies and procedures
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining the highest level of positivity and professionalism
