About The Position

Assist a program manager with the research and development of projects within a corporate program. Apply advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with cost analysis or strategic pricing
Experience developing robust products such as Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, using an array of estimating methodologies
Knowledge of inflation, basic methodology application, and DoW Work Breakdown Structure regulatory procedures
Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
Ability to collect, verify, and normalize large sets of historical data, and apply inflation indices, learning curves, and advanced risk or uncertainty distributions
Ability to translate complex quantitative data and financial models into clear, actionable briefings and reports for senior leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with Earned Value Management applications
Experience with data visualization tools, including Microsoft BI or Tableau
Knowledge of cost-related Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) template development and modifications
