About The Position

You will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the Flight Operations which is responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving data analytics initiatives, and supporting the Flight Operations team’s test and production missions. Your responsibilities will include establishing program budget baselines, developing monthly ETC and monitoring Earned Value health metrics, monitoring cost and schedule performance throughout the lifecycle of contractual tasks, defining analytics and analysis requirements for tools and processes, and leading the team in applying innovative analysis methods and techniques.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, etc.), Mathematics, or similar STEM field from an accredited college
Experience working with proposals.
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
Experience working with Tableau
Develop interactive data analytics dashboards to monitor operational performance (Tableau).
Experience with data analytics
SECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process
Experienced in scripting (one or more common languages e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong communications skills
Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems
Demonstrated ability to take a project concept to successful completion
