About The Position

This Pre-Apprenticeship is designed for current cosmetology students who are seeking real salon experience while still in school. At Salon Halo, teamwork and education are paramount. This program offers students the opportunity to work in a busy, upscale salon, observe how a high-performing team operates, and begin developing skills that will be advantageous after graduation. The role focuses on providing an excellent guest experience, supporting daily salon operations, and learning from experienced stylists. Upon graduation, there is a potential to advance into Salon Halo's Apprenticeship Program, which includes structured education, hands-on training, and team-wide master programs.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology students who are 300–600 hours into their program.
• Availability to work on Mondays.
• Self-motivated, coachable team players eager to learn.
• Currently enrolled in a board-approved Florida cosmetology program.
• Must be available to work on Mondays at this location.
