About The Position

Paul Mitchell Schools is seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a part-time Cosmetology Instructor. In this role, you will teach and mentor future beauty professionals in all areas of hair, skin, and nails, preparing them for the state board exam. You will conduct engaging classroom sessions or provide hands-on guidance in our clinic classrooms. Requirements

A valid cosmetology license and instructor license in the state of Kansas
3+ years of experience in the cosmetology industry
Proficiency in hair cutting, color, and chemical services
Proficiency in nail and skin care
Strong communication skills
Ability to engage and motivate learners
A positive attitude
Collaborative skills
Reliability
Consistency in adhering to company policies and procedures

Responsibilities
