About The Position

As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a central role in guiding students through their training and supporting their progress toward licensure. You will help create an engaging learning experience that blends technical instruction, demonstration, coaching, and accountability while working closely with campus staff to support student success.

Requirements

Hold a valid cosmetology instructor license.
Hands-on experience with haircutting, hair coloring, chemical texture services, and styling.
Strong knowledge of state board standards, including salon sanitation and safety requirements.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior instructional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging theory lessons and live demonstrations across core cosmetology techniques.
Evaluate student practical work and provide individualized coaching for skill development.
