About The Position

Join the Drybar Team! We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists who are passionate about blowouts. At Drybar, we focus on one thing and strive to be the best at it: blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We don’t just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching. Full-Time stylists are eligible for PTO and health insurance. Part-Time positions are perfect for balancing school or full-service clientele.

Requirements

• Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques
• Provide exceptional client experiences
• Thrive in a team environment
• Bring positive energy and professionalism
• Saturdays required
• Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
• Provide exceptional client experiences.
• Sell retail products, add-ons, extensions, and memberships.
