About The Position

Drybar is a fun, fast-paced, and team-focused hair salon environment. We are looking for a hair stylist who has amazing hair styling and finishing skills, a desire to provide exceptional service, strong communication skills, drive and motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team. We love investing in our team, with over 60% of leadership roles filled by internal promotions. We also encourage stylists to grow their side cut & color business through referrals from our steady stream of clients. We accept applications from cosmetology students, provided they have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist.

Requirements

• A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills.
• A desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive and motivation.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Current cosmetology student (must have a valid cosmetology license to work as a hairstylist).

Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on clients.
• Provide an over-the-top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Perform side work including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, and re-stocking product shelves.
• Attend regular meetings.
