About The Position

Drybar is seeking a Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist to join their team. This role offers flexible scheduling, guaranteed clients, paid hands-on training and continued education, and a fun family culture. The position focuses on blowouts, braids, and updos, with opportunities for unlimited earning potential through hourly wages, tips, and commissions. Drybar provides all products, tools, and supplies, along with a clear career path for growth. The owners are expanding their team for a second location opening in Bend in February 2026.

Requirements

• Current and valid cosmetology license in Oregon
• Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment
• Saturday Availability

Nice To Haves

• Established hair stylists looking for pickup opportunities for some extra $$. Must be able to attend new-hire training in full before being able to pickup shifts.
