At Drybar Chestnut Hill, we perform 200+ blowouts every week, giving our Stylists consistent opportunities to stay behind the chair, build loyal regulars, and grow their income.
Whether you’re an experienced Stylist or newly licensed Cosmetologist, there’s room to grow here.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN
Our Stylists have the opportunity to earn up to $35+ per hour in total compensation, including base pay, tips, and commissions.
Top-performing Stylists can earn $50+ per hour in total compensation.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Cosmetology License
• Passion for styling and great client experiences
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to learn and grow
• Weekend and evening availability required.
• Must be available at least 2 of 3 weekend days (Friday–Sunday).
