About The Position

Drybar is seeking part-time Stylists with availability on Friday and Saturday. The role focuses on blowouts, braids, updos, and finishing services; Drybar does not offer cuts or color. Stylists provide exceptional client service, recommend and sell products and tools, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked shop. The position offers paid blowout, braid, and updo training, set flexible schedules, and possible growth through management and education career paths. Cosmetology students may apply for salon experience as a Bartender, or front desk receptionist.

Requirements

• Current and valid Utah cosmetology or hairstyling license for the stylist role.
• Strong hair styling and finishing skills.
• Desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive and motivation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability on Friday and Saturday.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology students may apply for a Bartender/front desk receptionist role to gain salon experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blowouts for clients.
• Provide an exceptional client experience.
• Sell products and tools to clients.
• Complete shop upkeep and side work, including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, washing dishes and glasses, and restocking product shelves.
• Attend regular meetings with the team.
