About The Position

Drybar Charleston is seeking an exceptional Shop Educator to help develop the next generation of Drybar stylists while continuing to build your own book behind the chair. This is a hands-on role for a stylist who is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring others, and creating confidence through education. You'll spend most of your time working directly with guests while serving as the shop's lead trainer, coach, and technical resource for the team. At Drybar Charleston, education isn't an afterthought—it's a priority. As Shop Educator, you'll help shape the careers of new stylists, elevate the skills of experienced team members, and play a key role in maintaining the service standards that define the Drybar brand. You'll be part of the shop leadership team, but you'll spend the majority of your time doing what you love most: creating beautiful hair and helping other stylists grow.

Requirements

• Current cosmetology license (SC license or ability to obtain one)
• Exceptional blowout and styling skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and continuous learning

Nice To Haves

• Previous training, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Train and certify new stylists
