As a Drybar Stylist, you'll specialize exclusively in blowouts, styling, and exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're an experienced stylist or looking to build your skills, we provide comprehensive training in the signature Drybar techniques our clients know and love.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive styling motions.
Passion for hair styling and the beauty industry.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and master Drybar's signature styling techniques.
Weekend availability is mandatory
Blowout experience

Nice To Haves

Virginia cosmetology license is welcome but not required for this position.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional shampoo and blowout services using Drybar techniques.
Consult with clients to recommend styles that suit their hair type and lifestyle.
Create a welcoming, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.
Recommend retail products and service add-ons based on each client's needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive salon culture.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Uphold Drybar brand standards and guest service expectations.
