Cosmetologist / Hair Stylist
About The Position
Join the Drybar Team! We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists. At Drybar, we focus on blowouts only – no cuts or color. We provide hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching to help stylists develop into exceptional professionals. We offer flexible, set schedules and opportunities for commission on retail, add-ons, extensions, and memberships. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO and health insurance. This role is perfect for stylists looking to balance school or a full-service clientele. We are seeking passionate individuals who excel in styling and finishing techniques, provide exceptional client experiences, thrive in a team environment, and bring positive energy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Current Virginia cosmetology license strongly preferred.
- Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques.
- Ability to provide exceptional client experiences.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Bring positive energy and professionalism.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform blowouts, braids, and updos.
- Provide exceptional client experiences.
- Build and maintain a client book.
- Sell retail products, add-ons, extensions, and memberships.
- Participate in ongoing education and skill development.
